aarght! exists to help artists promote themselves, to help art lovers find and buy new artwork, discover new artists and introduce new faces to arts culture.

We aim to:

  • Give artists the opportunity to promote themselves and sell their work
  • Make art more accessible resulting in the growing appreciation of and the increased participation in the arts

Art for all

Art is for everyone regardless of age, ability or level of understanding. We provide opportunities to comment, participate and learn about the arts through our gallery, online forums and events.

Effective self promotion for artists

To promote artwork it needs to be seen. aarght! provides the opportunity to exhibit, sell artwork and offers the tools to shout about it.

Shouting out for the arts

aarght! has been shouting out for the arts since August 2005 when we formed with the ideal of developing the visual arts into something where everyone feels welcome regardless of age, ability or level of understanding.

Since then we have exhibited thousands of artists work and even more budding artists have attended our classes.

This website has been created to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy, comment and interact with artwork with no fear for saying no wrong thing or ‘not getting it’. We say “what’s to get?”, it’s what you get out of it that counts.
